Movie Review: Stuck in Love (2012)

This is a romance drama about a family of writers and their weird love lives. The father is still in love with his ex-wife (the mother of his two kids), and so he walks to her apartment at night and spies on her, hoping to catch his ex-wife and her new husband in the middle of an argument, which usually gives him satisfaction. His son is in love with a girl in class who he enjoys watching from afar, till she inspires him to write a poem, which he had to read in front of the whole class; she was impressed by this and they started dating. The daughter is a promiscuous teenager in college, who uses her sexual experiences as both motivation and material for writing....till a particular person walked into her life and made her change her ways

As a writer, I love this movie a lot cos of its focus on writing, and the crazy life of creatives. All the love stories are very believable and they happened so naturally; this is one strong point of this movie. I'd strongly recommend this movie to any lover of good love stories. This is a very good movie; I give it 8/10 in rating.
