Movie Review: The Spectacular Now (2013)

Very Good

This started out as a romance comedy, then delved into more serious stuff in the realm of drama. Sutter is a lovable and popular highschool kid who loves to make everyone happy, even at the expense of his own happiness. While helping his best friend get a girl, his girlfriend showed up and misinterpreted what was going on. She broke up with him, and he went off the tangent, binge drinking, and ended up passed out on the lawn of a house, in an unknown neighborhood.

Movie Review: Bandslam (2009)

Very Good

This is one of the best high school movies I have seen so far. When I first got it, I watched it like every weekend, or every time I was down. The movie is about a musically inclined kid, Will Burton who was very unpopular at his high school because of an incident that happened with his dad. He got home one day and found out his Mom had gotten a new job in another city, which meant he would be changing schools- It was the happiest day of his life.

After the wedding, she felt she had made a grave mistake and wished for a do-over. Then she went to bed, and her wish came through...she woke up back on her wedding day, and lived through the day again, and again, and again, and again. It was like she was stuck in a cosmic loop. After 20 years of not being in touch, a mutual friend of theirs died, and they got to see again. And as you would guess, the love is still there, and they start to wish they had never gone apart.

Movie Review: The Jerk Theory (2009)

Good

Adam is a jerk, but he still gets all the girls in school. But there is one girl that 'the jerk theory' seem not to work for, and it made Adam consider his attitude. Actually, he became a jerk cos he was a nice guy for so long, and he kept getting taking for granted by girls. Now, Adam is slowly becoming his old self just so he could get Molly.
